Vince formed Utility Resource Group, LLC (URG) in April, 2007 and has lead URG's expansion from eight employees in one state to over 450 employees in five states. He has over 30 years of experience in the utility services industry and has partnered with several of the largest utility companies based in the United States in a variety of areas including underground locating and underground construction. Prior to forming URG, Vince was the President of Underground Lines, Inc., which he acquired in 2000 and sold in January of 2007. Vince graduated from Spring Arbor College with a B.A. in Management and Organizational Development and is currently a board member of the MISS DIG System, Inc.
Sean joined URG in September 2018 and has over 20 years of Corporate Finance and Accounting experience. Prior to joining URG, Sean was the CFO for Amerisource Industrial Supply, Inc. located in Detroit, MI. Sean began his professional career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, LLP and then took on roles of increasing responsibility in accounting, treasury and finance at Ford Motor Company, the accounting / consulting firm Godfrey Hammel, Danneels & Company PC (now Cohen & Co. Ltd.) and Ross Education, LLC. Sean graduated from the University of Michigan – Dearborn with a B.A. in Accounting and earned his MBA from Wayne State University. Sean is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Cad is a co-founder of URG and has over 25 years of field and management experience in the utility services industry. Prior to joining URG, Cad held various leadership positions for utility companies throughout the United States and Canada. He has managed and directed projects involving a wide range of services including gas leak survey, underground utility locating, and corrosion monitoring. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and New York National Guard.
Lisa joined URG in July, 2017. She has over 13 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining URG, Lisa was Director of Human Resources for Beztak from 2016 to 2017 and Director of Human Resources for Meridian Health Plan from 2012 to 2015. Lisa graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with a B.S. in Business Administration and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Joel joined URG in April of 2017. He has over 30 years of experience in fleet and asset management having overseen fleets ranging from 100-8000 units. Joel has experience in the areas of fleet planning, acquisition and disposal, vehicle maintenance and repair, and overall fleet administration. He is an active member the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) having held the position of Chapter Treasure for six years. Joel is a graduate of Walsh College with a B.A. in Business Administration.
David joined URG in February, 2013. He has over 21 years in the utility services industry. From 2010 to 2011, David was with Olameter Inc. and held the position of Area Manager. Prior to joining Olameter Inc., David held various positions with United States Infrastructure Corporation (USIC) including Area Manager and Claims Manager. Prior to joining USIC in 1995, David held various positions at Central Locating Service Ltd. David served in the U.S. Air Force for six years and graduated Cum Laude from Cardinal Stritch University with a B.S. in Business with an emphasis on leadership.
Jermaine joined URG in January of 2013. He has over 12 years of experience in the utility services industry and has managed several automated metering solution projects for some of the largest utility companies in the United States. From 2006 to 2012, Jermaine held various positions with Utility Partners of America and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Management from Oakland Community College.
